Protein World 30 Day Challenge

Protein World | 30 Day Results

Hello guys! My last and final update of my 30 Day Challenge with Protein World* is heeerrrreee ???. I’m so happy I completed the challenge – I honestly thought I would have given up on the second day. For someone who isn’t usually into eating healthy and working out I really thought this challenge was a real eye-opener. I started to really enjoy lifting weights and how energised working out and eating healthy made me feel. So let’s get started with my results…

My Final Results

I am SOO frekin’ happy with these results!! I can actually see my little 2-pack starting to shape out after only 4 weeks! I think this plan is a really good idea for anyone, even if you’re not wanting to lose weight but you can use it to simply tone up like I have – you can genuinely see the difference (see my before pic here). This challenge I focused mostly on toning up my stomach but I think now I want to start concentrating on how to tone and define my thighs because that my next problem area and it will be much harder because leg day is a killllleeeerrrr.

With the pills you get with the slender package (hunger buster & fat metaboliser) I really didn’t take much advantage of them. Mainly because I felt that they were too big and difficult for me to swallow. However, my fiance has been using them to curb his cravings and has told me that they definitely work to prevent him from over-eating (he likes a good binge). But overall, I actually enjoyed this challenge and I am so impressed with myself that I actually managed to get out of bed and making the first step towards becoming more active, thanks Protein World

I am so jealous of your stomach, it is amazing that you have a six pack! Can you teach me how to get one lol ? I would like to be a bit more toned as well x

Wow these are amazing results in such a short time. I need to tone up too as I feel I should be a lot stronger. Thankfully I don’t need to lose weight but definitely need toning up. Think I’ll try something similar.

I’m interested to read that you got on so well with this! I found the Slender Blend kit made me feel reeeaaally unwell, but that might be because I have a low caffeine tolerance haha. You look amazing though, well done!

Hey Alice, oh no that’s not good! I don’t think the protein powder itself has a high caffeine content, I think that’s mostly the concern with their capsules which I didn’t use as much. I am pretty resilient and don’t have many allergies too, so you could have simply been allergic to one of the ingredients. Worth looking into to tho because that is strange! You should definitely try a natural alternative – Jamie Oliver has a great recipe for making your own protein shake you should take a look – http://www.jamieoliver.com/news-and-features/features/perfect-homemade-protein-shake/
