mBotanicals Hydrating Beauty Balm Review

Before I went on a 4-month Roaccutane treatment for my acne, my skin was extremely oily but ever since I finished my prescription I have actually realised my skin has completely changed. It has actually been so dry since I stopped using Roaccutane. I feel like I’m starting from the beginning and I’m 15 all over again. No more products to treat oily, acne prone skin. I now need something that is thick and oily to add some moisture and hydrate my new found skin. My friend recommended cbd balm to me after she said it helps with dry skin and conditions like eczema and acne, as well as prevent wrinkles. Surely it can’t do all this at once? I’ll have to see for myself, but for now…

Hello, mBotanicals Hydrating Beauty Balm

Natural ?? Oil based ?? Moisturising ??

I am so happy I came across this little beauty. I have been using it every night. I can’t get enough of it. But I wouldn’t use it during the day because you may look like your crazy and decided to dip your face in vaseline. But for night time it’s definitely OK. My fiancé already thinks I’m crazy… he’s seen me crack an egg on my hair for a protein treatment so we’re good.

The texture of the mBotanicals hydrating balm reminds me of bees-waxy kind of feeling. It doesn’t offend me tho, my skin literally soaks this stuff up. I use it once a day after my nightly cleansing routine which I shall write up a post about soon for you guys (I got ya back). It smells so good before bed too because of the Rosehip oil which is ALSO apparently really good for its anti-ageing properties. I wouldn’t use it more than once a day tho just because it is SO thick and heavy you wouldn’t want to start clogging up your pores – it is a balm after all. Overall if your skin is a bit parched – try a some of this stuff. I promise you won’t be disappointed and don’t forget to drink lot’s of water because your skin will LOVE you for it.

This sounds absolutely lush! I know what you mean about roaccutane, I knew someone who was put on roaccutane in their youth & its some hardcore stuff! The waxy like, heavy texture of this balm sounds fantastic!
