Easy Halloween Makeup in Leopard Cheetah Print

HOW TO: Create An Easy Leopard Halloween Makeup Look

I recently visited The Thistles Shopping Center for a complimentary Halloween makeup look from the lovely ladies over at MAC. This look literally took under one hour to do and it’s super easy too. There’s no need for awful face paint that will break you out in a ton of spots, you can just use whatever is in your makeup bag. The makeup artist explained step-by-step how I can recreate the look so I am going to share with you guys how she did it ??.

Base

Foundation: I started off with my everyday foundation which is the one I’m always talking about because I love it so much. The Arbonne Liquid Foundation in Golden Bronze.

Contour: The makeup artist recommended when you contour, to start with a cream base and then use a powder to intensify the look. The products used to contour my face included the Studio Fix Perfecting Stick as a cream base then the bronzing powder in matte bronze on top.

Highlight: MAC’s best-selling peach-gold highlight is available in their beautiful Christmas collection. It works so well for darker skin tones and it’s already sold out online! I managed to get one in store, so maybe check your local MAC counter to see if they have it in stock.

Eye, lips & Nose

Eyes: For the eyes, MAC’s Black Eyeshadow in Carbon was applied all over my eyelids then their gel liner Fluid Line in Blacktrack was used to create the flick on the outer edges and inner corners of my eye. To add a hint of sparkle you can also use Extra Dimension Eyeshadow in Frostwinked in the inner corners and put some Extra Dimension Eyeshadow in Starry Night over the top to achieve a slight glitter effect. On my lashes, I have got on the MAC In Extreme Dimension Mascara.

Nose: You can use any black lip/eyeliner for a cute pussycat button nose! This look was done with Liptensity lip pencil in Black.

Lips: My lips were done with MAC’s Liptensity Lip Pencil in Black with the Retro Matte Liquid Lipcolour on top. Their liquid lip colour range is gorgeous. I can’t wait to try out more colours – such a great liquid lipstick. The lips were completed with the Eyeshadow in Starry Night over the top to add some glitz!

Eyebrows: For my eyebrows, I have on the Sleek Makeup Brow Kit and the makeup artist used a clear brow gel to raise my eyebrows and make them look a little bit more rugged.

Finishing touches

The leopard detailing around my face was created using the Mischief Minx eyeshadow palette with the Fluid Line in Blacktrack for the outline.
