It’s almost Christmas… and the manic rush has definitely begun! I went into town the other day for some shopping and I actually got so stressed out at how busy it was with people pushing, shoving and speed walking in all directions. I wasn’t feeling it, after browsing for half an hour I decided I had enough and that I’m shopping online for all my pressies this year! ?
Thinking of good holiday gifts is actually really hard when you’re on a super strict budget. Especially when you are buying gifts for people who spend a lot on your gift and expect the same level of commitment back. Then I thought that sometimes the best holiday gifts could be the simplest thing like a witty comment on a card or a something meaningful like baking someone’s favourite cake! It’s the thought that counts, is it not?
So as I am on a strict budget this year, I thought it would be a nice idea to share a few affordable gift ideas to show you don’t need a wad of cash to pick up something nice! So from cheeky face masks to fluffy slippers… here’s my super affordable gift guide with everything under £25! HOLLA ??
Awesome Holiday Gifts Under £25
The Cutest Holiday Gifts for £10 or Under
Secret Santa and Stocking Fillers for £5 or Under
Hope you guys manage to find the perfect pressie without having to spend half a paycheck!
Excellently done! Adverts make it really easy to feel under pressure to blow the budget at Christmas, when the whole point of a gift is to make someone feel appreciated and loved – and that’s not just a money thing. I’m on a tighter budget too this year, so I’ve been shopping for gifts by independent makers that are really thoughtful. At least, I hope so! x
Aww, I’m glad you enjoyed the post! Sticking to a good budget will make you feel so much better in Jan too , because that’s normally when it all hits back to reality and you’re left out of pocket! I love that idea of helping out independent stores, one of my favourite things to do is to buy from Christmas markets!
This is much needed! I need to learn to budget haha!
Great post X
