I’ve been taking ‘The Slender Blend’ protein shake once a day and loving it – it actually tastes so yummy with Alpro’s oaty milk. I’ve got into a really good routine which is something that I thought I would have struggled with. It has been a lot easier because my fiance has started the challenge with me and he’s been motivating me constantly – so it’s been making me work that little bit harder.
I’m actually really starting to see the results and my tummy is beginning to tone up which is amazinggg. I’m SO happy! I have to admit my diet has still been poor. I went to Bread Meats Bread on Friday as a little treat. When I have been naughty with my diet and gorged on junk food I have been doing a double workout which isn’t ideal – but it makes me feel a bit less guilty. So, I do my exercises in the morning and then I repeat the exercises at night before bed – which I think is a good time to do it as I just fall straight asleep afterwards. Anyway, for my next week of the challenge, I really want to focus a lot more on toning my tummy and getting my diet straight with NO junk food. Let’s do this! ???
